Section 1-A Respect Others (Players, GM's, and, Administrators)

e.g.. Harassment, trash talk, abuse, unlawful and perverted language and/or act
What constitutes a harassment?
1.1) Begging is a form of harassment (general public)
1.2) Trashtalk is a form of harassment (person specific)
1.3) Flooding is a form of harassment (general public)
1.3.1
i.e. Repeating the same message 4 times in a row
1.4) Maliciously talking to someone is a form of harassment (person specific)
1.5) Skill spamming is a form of harassment (general public)
1.6) Abusing the @request system is a form of harassment (group specific)
1.7) Permanent mobbing is a form of harassment (person specific)
--Those who are caught doing these are subjected to be muted for an (x) amount of time depending on the gravity of the case.
What constitutes the abuse of a system?
1.8) Flooding of @request command
1.9) Creating a lot of novice to transfer zennies and items
--Those who are caught doing these are subjected to be muted(a) and jailed (b) for an (x) amount of time.
Section 1-B **Tampering or using a third party program**
1.1*Use of ANY third party programs are prohibited
1.2*Use of ANY packet editor programs are prohibited
1.3*Tampering the Client is prohibited
--Those who are caught using this are permanently jailed
Section 2-A**Main Town**
1.1*No spamming of skills that can annoy or lag other players
1.2*No Chat Rooms or vending on the center area of the main town
--Those who are caught doing these are subjected to be muted for an (x) amount of time
Section 2-B**Scamming & Hacking**
A . If caught Scamming or Hacking, your account will be deleted
Section 3-A**Server Advertising**
*No Advertising of other servers, including in names, chat room, vending title, broadcasting, public/private chat, and forums.
--Those who are caught doing this will be kicked out of the server
Section 3-B**Multi Clienting**
1.1*Multi Clienting for the purpose of support buffs ONLY are allowed even in War of Emperium BUT OUTSIDE THE CASTLE only
1.2*WPE, botting, or any other third party programs are not forms of multi-clienting therefore they are prohibited
Additional Notice
*Gms and admins have the authority to punish violators without warning
*Kill Streak Feeding is Prohibited
*Do not use any variance of the "GM" word at the first part of your name
*Bug exploiting and abusing can lead to punishment
*Do not impersonate others, including players, GM's and Admins
*Do not warp other players without their permission
*Players with Foul or Perverted names will be dealt accordingly
*GMs will never ask for your account ID and Password
*Do not give your password to others, including GMs
*If you share your account and he/she took your items/Equips/Zeny, the authority will not replace your lost.
*Be careful in trading, look what you are trading and who you are trading with before you finish your trade
*Gaining Donation Credits via Donation service of other players is at your own risk
*You have part on your account's security too
*Immitating others emblems poses ethical issues and will be dealt accordingly with
*Having no emblem in War Of Emperium is an offense
*The main point of donation is helping Brice-RO Server grow and not for your items sake. Items redeemed after donating are rather incentives for helping us grow*
